Scott Herckis’ career as a financial advisor has featured a lot of success. That is because the firm he established, SJH Financial works from a basic premise that he has always held closely. From his perspective, the financial advice that many advisors and counselors give is worthless because the people and businesses who receive it have no idea what they are being told or how they can apply it to their situation. Because Scott Herckis believes in clear and concise communication with clients, SJH Financial doesn't just tell clients what to do and how to make money, they help clients devise an entire strategy that serves them and helps them meet their goals and then they explain how their advice works and why it is an important part of that overall strategy. It is probably the “why” that makes the difference. Those times when someone is trying to find the right outside financing for a startup business or to change or grow an already established business, there is no doubt that the initial round is the most intimidating. In fact, Scott Herckis established SJH Financial in 2009 for just that reason. Scott loves helping business owners, large and small, make the best possible financial decisions for them; those that benefit them the most. At the heart of his career is a great education, of course. Scott Herckis started by earning a BBA in accounting at the University of Texas at Austin, but he followed that with a CPA, which he tested for while working with the Audit and Assurance Department at the legendary Arthur Andersen for five years. There, he worked with many a number of large corporate clients, including Sheraton Hotels and Cadbury Schweppes. Comments are closed.
